Who we are

Mooracle AB (org. no. 559473-1795), Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for this website. Questions about this policy: sales@mooracle.io.

What we collect on this site

Analytics. We use Umami Cloud (EU region), a privacy-focused analytics tool. It collects aggregated, anonymous usage data — pages visited, referrers, button clicks — stored in the EU. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.

Booking. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly. The name, email, and notes you enter there are shared with us so we can hold the meeting; Calendly's own privacy policy also applies.

Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it's relevant to working with you.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data, run advertising, or use tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.

Client engagements

Data handled during consulting engagements — code, documentation, interview notes — is governed by the NDA and written agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.

Service providers

Three third parties touch data from this site:

Cloudflare hosts and serves the site (CDN and edge network). Umami Cloud provides the analytics described above, EU region. Calendly (US) handles call scheduling; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and Calendly's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email sales@mooracle.io and we'll handle it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
